Renovation of Operating Rooms at the West LA VA Campus. Existing lights and booms were removed and replaced. Work included changes to the electrical and plumbing systems, such as med gas.

Design/Build project of water line loops to alleviate legionella concerns with new piping, insulation, recirculating pumps and dual chillers.
VA SNHS Waterline Improvements and Bypass
Provided construction services for the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System at the VAMC North Las Vegas. Unks Construction modified and upgraded the existing water supply and distribution system to allow a larger capacity for future building and remedy recurring issues and problems in the VAMC Campus.
