Unks offers a broad range of traditional construction and design build delivery methods and maintains a valid California license for general building (Class B).

UNKS is a full-service construction firm offering a wide range of services including General contracting, Pre-construction services, Construction consulting, Program management, Construction management, Design-build, and both Horizontal and Vertical construction.

UNKS has experience in a wide variety of projects including those in high-security locations and fully functioning hospitals. Past performance includes projects in California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas and New Mexico with offices in Nevada and California.

Our current bonding limit is $10 million as of August 2016, but it is ever-increasing as we complete additional jobs.

Steven is a United States Navy veteran and third-generation contractor who brings a rare combination of service, legacy, and hands-on expertise to the construction industry. Raised in a family of builders, Steven returned from military service and built his career from the ground up — starting as a roofer and working his way into a superintendent role, where he oversees project operations with a commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail.
